It’s hard not to root for Brooklyn based trio, Green Street. Aside from

just making dope and honest hip-hop music, the group nearly disbanded

when 2 of its’ 3 members suffered life-threatening illnesses in the

winter of 2012. They’ve both managed to make full recoveries and get back

in the studio to record this inspirational new album, The Will To Win.

The group’s emcees A-Live and Soupa put their pain and perseverance on

record as the group’s producer, Renaissance, provides the soulful

backdrop. Features on the album include Raekwon, Mickey Factz, ScienZe,
